Frequently Asked Questions
How much does house cleaning cost?
Hourly rates range from $45 to $90 per hour depending on the type of cleaning required. Some project work, such as post construction and move out cleaning, has a fixed rate based on the size of the job.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
It's your choice. Some of our cleaners bring their own supplies and some use yours. When we use your supplies, the rate is lower.

Do you use eco friendly products?
Yes. We strive to use only eco friendly products.
​
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes. We carry standard commercial general liability (CGL) insurance and conduct criminal record checks on all employees.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice have a $50 fee, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice have a $100 fee.

Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes, and there is no pet surcharge. Extra pet hair can take time away from other tasks and may increase the total time needed to clean your whole home.

What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and New Westminster.

How do I pay?
A credit card is required to confirm a booking. Payment is then accepted by credit card, e-transfer or pre-authorized debit (PAD).

Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
We do our best to keep things consistent, but we can't always guarantee the same cleaner.

How far in advance do I need to book?
There is no minimum notice. It depends on cleaner availability, which gets tighter closer to your preferred date, so booking early is best.
